Booby Trap formed in 1993 in Aveiro, Portugal. They are known for their energetic performances and for mixing Thrash Metal and Punk Hardcore with other musical influences. They split in 1997, leaving two recordings covering 23 songs.
They reunited in 2012, initially for two special gigs, but then kept on playing live and composing new songs, leading to the release of a new album in November 2013
